You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Certain products (such as opened sleeves, playmats with signs of use, or custom/limited items) may not be eligible for return.
Custom Products
Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. By placing an order for a custom product, you agree to these terms.
Custom products require user-provided files at the time of order. Orders cannot be processed without this information.

Once your return is received and inspected, weโll notify you.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For defective or wrong items, weโll provide a prepaid return label.
